Khun Anita has 25+ years of extensive experience as a Senior Human Resources Leader, Culture Transformation Enabler, Executive Coach and Organization Development Lead, for leading Multinational and Thai Companies including Minor Group (largest Food and Hospitality company in Thailand), Reckitt Benckiser (UK based Consumer Goods and Healthcare company), Yum Restaurants (American restaurant chain), DKSH (leading Swiss Market Expansion Service Group) and Central Group (leading Retail company in Thailand). In all of these companies, Khun Anita has worked closely with the CEOs, Business Leaders and the Executive Management Team in developing their Human Resource strategy aligning with Business strategy to deliver its people and business objectives.

Over the years, she gained diverse industry experience and expertise in transforming HR processes, building Business focused HR strategies in delivering effective operational efficiencies. Khun Anita holds a Bachelor Degree in Humanities from Chiangmai University, Thailand and an MBA Degree from the University of Hull, London. She also did her Diploma in Management Studies from Greenwich college, London.
